Billi Randall (more formally, Dr Belinda Randall) is a director of Martin Ince Communications Ltd. She is a senior research associate at the Centre for Speech, Language and the Brain at the University of Cambridge. She is an elected politician in UK local government, representing Graveney Ward in the London Borough of Wandsworth. Billi speaks excellent Russian.
